Alerts and Tones

I have done a search on the forum to no avail. I have had success creating ringers but cannot figure out how to do alarms and alerts. They do not show up anywhere. Any insight from anyone? Alarms are available on the preferences screen of the options menu in the datebook application. Alerts can not, at this time be MP3's.

Flip sounds are used when opening and closing the cover. Wild allows the same MP3 to be used as any of these. I am not sure about voice or demo or system.
