Can establish an Express Network connection using 7135 as a modem but can't browse
I haven't seen a solution for this problem anywhere; Verizon is helping me test it, but I think it's in my settings somewhere.
I can connect my 7135 to my laptop (running XP) and use it as a modem to dial in and establish an Express Network connection, but I can't browse any Web sites or connect to an e-mail server. The Express Network connection shows all the normal messages as it connects - verifying password, authenticating, registering the computer on the network - but it seems my laptop's Web programs (IE and Eudora) can't find the connection.
I can establish a QNC connection and browse using the 7135 as a modem, though it occasionally takes a couple of tries and it's very slow.
I can use QNC and EN with just the phone (not as a modem) without any problems.
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
