I currently have the 6035 and Blazer 2.0.

I can use vnc and get typical connections but am curious if the 7135 will have similiar "dial-up" access without having to get the "express" service.

If you mean QNC, the short answer is yes, you can do a regular dial up to the Web with the 7135 without getting the express network.
