Hi,
Just purchased a new 7135 from Alltel. Phone service works fine, but
internet access fails. Whenever I try to connect I get the
following error:

PP timeout(0x1231)
It starts to go through the process then stops on the "signing on" screen for about a minute before I get the error
Alltel store had no clue, and they do not have an activated phone to
compare settings with. 1-800 tech support # perplexed as well. They
stated that they should all just work out of the box, and would have
to research a solution for me. They said everything network wise
seems like it is set up correctly.
I tried a few things I saw suggested here (reset, etc..) but still no luck.
SW Version is: SZ 1.0.13 MZ1.0.27
Not sure if it matters, but I had a Startac with web-unwired prior to
the 7135, the just xferred the account to the new phone.
Any thoughts appreciated.
