Has anyone else noticed since 1/1/03 their minute counter info is messed up?

I show all information ok in december and then in january my missed/other used, total peak used and peak remaining have changed to read numbers that dont even match any information i have in my peak info.

I have my billing cycle on 1/11/03 at 12:00am and total peak minutes set to 3000.
Offpeak is set to 3000 and evenings and weekends turned on. I have it also set to 3000 and starting time of 9pm and 6am.

My off peak is ok and shows correct information.

My peak however is way wrong.

It how missed/other calls of 9 and minutes used of 42813.
Total peak shows 43003
Peak remainng 25533.

I have no idea where that information came from.

I have done a soft reset, and a delete and reinstall of the program and completely set up the information again. Still have the same issues.

I found that the only time i get these mistakes is when i have the "off-peak" option turned on...

I have tried it with all the off peak settings and get the same as above, but when i turn it off, it fixes the issues.

The problem is that you have your old minutes database from doing a sync, AND the new one with a different name on the 7135 at the same time.

I removed the old file & it fixed it.

what was the old file's name that needed to be removed?

Remove this one:

CallHistoryDB.PDB

It is a remnant of the 6035 database and it is not used by the 7135. The 7135 call history DB that you want to use for MC is

kwc_CallHistoryDB.PDB (KEEP THIS FILE Intact!)

I dont have the callhistory file left over from 6035. It is gone and all that is there is the kwc_callhistry file.

Any ideas now?

Can someone else try these settings and see what happens?

With that it works fine but when I use these settings I get the crazy numbers

Billing period 1/11/03

And 12:00am

Peak/Anytime 3000

Add seconds 0

Off peak set to night and weekends

Off peak start 9:00pm

Off peak end 6:00am

Off Peak minutes 3000
