I read somewhere (but don't remember where) that the OS on the 7135 is non-upgradable. Is this true? I assume that it means that you can't upgrade it to PalmOS 5.0 because of the different hardware requirements. But, I would think that it could take software patches for bug fixes.

BTW, I went to two different Verizon stores this weekend and the two people I spoke to knew nothing about release dates, features, etc. But, I guess I'm not really suprised. It's so frustrating when I know more about a product than someone who will be selling it...

You are correct. Just like the 6035, while the7135 will not be upgradable to PalmOS 5.0, it will be upgradable in the sense of bug fixes, etc.

It will be worth the wait.
