Screen Protector

Does anyone know if there are any screen protectors out there already that are made to fit the 7135 screen? I assume that most people would want to put one on right away...

Thanks,

Boy I wouldn't. I might be all alone on this, but I tried a screen protector on my 6025, and I couldn't stand it. I put one scratch on my screen early on through stupidity, but I learned from that. The screen protector just drove me nuts - do you remember when the AIDS epidemic was new and some men would complain about wearing condoms, because it felt "like *********-ing in a wetsuit" ? I feel like I'm Palm-ing in a wetsuit with a screen protector. So rather than wear one, I'm just going to have to remain monagamous with my 6035!

I use the G2 screen protector at http://www.pdascreenprotectors.com and I'm sure several others would recommend this as well.

It's very thin and clear and installs in a few minutes.

I use the fellowes brand and them simply cut off the top portion so that just the graffiti area is covered.

Any update on any screen protectors for the 7135? The site www.vsps.com (referred to above) doesn't specifically refer to the 7135. I assume the Kyo phone it is has the screen protector for is the 6035. I know that with a flip phone the screen is protected most of the time, but it still could easily scratch so I'm looking for a good screen protector.

I got mine from pdazoo.com, through a link I found here some time ago. They are made to fit the 7135. Now all I need is the phone itself, which landed at Detroit Metro last night and with luck will arrive at my door tomorrow . . .

Do any of these screen protector products include two separate pieces (one for the screen and one for the graffiti area)?

Not that I've seen,

The closest to it is the mini sticker that SilkyBoard sends out.

Kind of defeats the purpose of it if it doesn't cover the full screen doesn't it?

Or is there something I'm missing?

'nixx is right as usual.

I ordered a set from...

CompanionLink (PDAzoo)

and from...

StrongEngineering

just to see which I would like best. Both companies make them as two-piece sets, as they should be (I always did like bikinis). Though I will use SilkyBoard on the graffiti area (who knows, maybe I'll put the graffiti screen protector over the SilkyBoard).

I do not yet own a 7135 , so I don't know which of the two brands I like best. But you all know that in the past (on my 6035) I have been CompanionLink's most fervent supporter. Either way, I'm ready to protect it the second I own it. You know what they used to say in the late '80s, "No glove, no love."

Yeah, but weren't those WriteWrongs blurry?

I like the CompanionLinks because they are crystal clear.

I love my new 7135 Screen Protector

I ordered a package of Companion link screen protectors from PDAZoo and the package arrived today. To my surprise a different brand name was sent.

Incipio. Its a two part protector. For those of you that are only looking for graffiti area protection this will work perfect.

Top screen is a still a little blurry but the color still comes through marvelous.

I've gotta protect this $649 investment. No scratches on my new 7135.

One additional comment...

Yes, though they are CompanionLinks, they are purchased through PDAzoo and come as "Incipio". Confusing or what???
Glad you like them PDAgeek. I look forward to using them soon too.
