right.. this kind of generalization can do serious injury to the 7135.. comparing it to toy kiddie pagers... apples and oranges...

Don't get so wigged out on the PC World article. He wasn't reviewing the 7135. He was comparing the devices for internet access only and reporting his real world experience.

Cool 7135 Article in TONE magazine (NZ)

Here is a copy of an article in the latest TONE magazine from NZ (Hobbiton) comparing a Vodafone Q-TEK and the most excellent Kyocera 7135.
I've had to chop it up to fit within the size restrictions so I appologise for the odd format.

Re: Cool 7135 Article in TONE magazine (NZ)

It was a good review. Did anyone notice the false reference to the compact flash slot?

Details, details, ...

The heat dissipation rating looked good. I guess that shows that the other review (or perhaps my coworker) was wrong.

Thanks MadMike! In order to make it a little easier to view, I've taken all of the images (except the first, which is a picture of the other "smart"phone), and put them together to make a JPEG file. Enjoy!

50,000 strong

The following article says that 50,000 People signed up for email notification when the 7135 comes out. Wow, and like if you discount the 50 people on this board that put in 3 or 4 email addresses, that is still like 40,873 people interested in the phone

Why do i feel like i am writing a StrongBad email response. (for reference on this joke visit www.homestarrunner.com) Now to the article
