For the 7135 to be on ATT Wireless (as said in the PC World story), there would have to have been a GPRS antenna and relevant mods made to the device.
I can't find find any info on a GPRS version of the 7135. If there is one, then you'd probably be able to use the GPRS 7135 on T-Mobile as well as ATT's GPRS network. Maybe that would motivate Verizon and Sprint to roll this baby out...
Cheers, y'all

Thanks,
Incidentally, I didn't see any 7135 mentions in any of the NWA magazines on the flight.

did they give a release date or say which carrier will carry it? just curious..
Nothing about release dates. It was just the picture of the hand holding the 7135 with some text "introducing" the company. I think we saw this ad when we had access to the ftp site.

My PC World (January 2003) arrived today with its main article titled "What's hot for 2003". It has a pretty good three-page article discussing the various PDA/phones and how they all compare. There are 2 good photos of the 7135 and a good comparison chart. I've scanned in all three and attached the files.

Enjoy the journey, it should be just as much fun as the destination.
Wow, they seem really picky about what they are looking for and then they give 3/5 to a pda that can't even be used as a phone but 2.5 because it loads webpages slower compared to something with a processor probably about 5 times faster.
pc wordl is hard on mostly all their machines they review.. but they do offer some good info.. but we all know here how good the 7135 is going to be...
