I previously used a kyocera 6135 but could never get the email integration to work properly. Thereafter I migrated to the Palm i705 because it has email notification. I would like to return to a Palm/phone/verizon/email notification combination in one unit. is this possible with any existing unit.

Without testing it, I believe you can do this with the 7135 (or any other palm smartphone) and Snappermail. Have it auto fetch at set internvals and it will send an alert if you have any email. Email doesn't get pushed to you, if that is what you are looking for.
