Can I reprogram an Alltell 7135 for Verizon service?
How would I go about changing the PRL, the home SID, etc so that my e-bay purchased Alltell phone (which verizon has already cleared the ESN) , will se verizon as it's home carrier? Is there anything that I would need to download? Thanks.
