Question Email program with filtering and Spam removal

I'd like to receive email on my Kyocera 7135. However, I'd like to have my emails filtered and the the Spam removed at the server level. I tried SnapperMail but it does not offer any filtering or anti-spam features. I tried Eudora and it filters but it takes way too long.

My email address is subscribed to several email lists and I want to filter these messages before they are downloaded to my phone. I also get a fair amount of Spam. I use SAProxy(Spam Assassin) on my home computer and it works great. I've thought about creating a message rule that would forward legitimate and non group email to a sepate email address for my phone. But, I don't want email to go to my phone if I have already received it on my Destop. It's too much trouble to have to remeber to activate the rule when I leave.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Perhaps I need a web based email reader sucha as GhoperKing or wap2mail. Will these filter email?

Not sure if this really answers your question, but I have a fastmail account that does a great job of filtering spam. I have fastmail setup to receive all of my hotmail accounts and it filters at least 95% of my junk mail. Then I have snapper retrieve that account.

There are also services where you have to reply once to enable receiving any email from a person. I have had to do a few of those. That assures that no SPAM could ever get through.

We run SPAM Assassin on our email servers here and it does a pretty good job of getting rid of the bad stuff. I have considering offering an email service for pdaPhones, but I'm not sure if people would see a value in something like that.
