Where do I find PhotoView?

In the PhotoSuite manual that comes on the Kyocera 7135 CD, it mentions PhotoView which will allow you to view jpeg files. I can't find the PhotoView program. Can anyone help?

You can choose to install it when you run the installer for Photosuite.
