From the Palm screen, tap on "Phone Info." Once there, at the top right corner will be a drop down box. Select "Software", and you can see the s/w revision for your phone and Palm, as well as your current PRL.
You can also get more detailed info by using the 111111 options and then go to version. This will give you all the information and ESN and a few more things.
