Hi,
I own Imate Jam, first ever pda phone i own still learning to use it properly

One problem I am facing is that whenever I put the power ON the backlight lits on but there a balnk white screen snapshot just before the start screen is displayed.

Another problem is sometimes the backlight does not lit ON when I press the power button, I can see the start screen displaying but without backlight , My Brightness is set to MAX on both battery and external power

Do a hard reset. If that doesn't fix it, return it for repairs.
