HELP - imate jam crashed on rom upgrade

Help please guys.

I tried to upgrade my imate jam but my computer crashed hafl way at 59% and now my imate is useless.

Now i cant do anything. My imate shows either "serial" v1.02 or "USB" v1.02 depending if connnetced to usb cable but i cant do anything at all. cant syncorinise or anything. I cant even hard reboot my imate. as it keeps showing same message on imate screen.

What can I do????

Have you tried flashing the ROM again?
