i've just downloaded PM pro for & it does not sync with my mac (10.4.2)
i did everything according to the pdf file but the small PM icon stays black & the jam shows a message that it is connected to a USB but after a minute or so it disconnected.
the active sync in my jam does not recognize the mac & it does not give an option to choose it.
i did sync an ipaq 2210 with the mac with PM pro, & i manage to sync my jam with a PC (XP home).
pls help me, i have to backup & sync my jam.
