I have a Qtek S100, Nice little machine, got it to replace my Treo 600. One thing on it I don't like that the Treo does, is to do with notification on receiving a text message.

On my Treo when I got a text, it would beep (quite loudly) and if I didn't hear it would do it again five minutes later and keep doing it until I took the message.

With the S100 it beeps, fairly quietly, even if i have it on the highest volume setting and shrillest noise and then that's it. If I missed that first sound, I don't get reminded again like the Treo and will only find I have a message when I turn on the screen.

Had a look around the internet for a solution, but not found anything yet, software, plug in etc? Any help would be appreciated.

There are a couple of apps that have repeating alarms/notifications.

I use PocketZenPhone...which has this feature and so very much more. I think there is one called PhoneAlarm that can do this, too. I would also bet some of the utility apps (like PocketPlus) might have this feature, too.
