Angry Club i-mate non-responsive

I have tried repeatedly to get Club i-mate to help me with an error msg. when I attempt to do the update which was released a few months back.

Now when I try to log on to Club i-mate it refuses to let me log in and I am unable to re-register their software recognized my Jam's IMEI.

Any one else find the support people at Club i-mate of any value.

I sent Club Imate an email for some problems last week and still haven't received a response. Today, I used their on-line support feature, and received the answer to one of my questions.

However, I then proceeded to ask a second question, and apparently they had just quit for the day. Didn't bother to say goodbye or anything, they just left.

All in all, I am not very impressed with Imate Customer Support.

my problem with club imate

I bought a used jam from madmonkeyboy's website and logged on to club imate to register and join. Well the previous owner apparently registered my esn # already. Since club imate already has that esn # on file they won't let me register and the crazy part is there's absolutely no way of contacting them to resolve this unless you're a REGISTERED member. Talk about being caught in a catch 22 situation. If anybody can help me with this I'd appreciate it tremendously.

yes

they are idiots.

ok i'm being too harsh - they do give it a try...but fail miserably.

i had issues with even just being able to log in. i knew the problem was not my simple password, but they reset it anyway. you would think they would then test it. but it didn't work.

then they tell me to log in with a certain username. but they don't provide a password. ofcourse logging in without a password didn't work, neither did with the username as the password too.

then they gave up. and then i gave up. after 5 weeks...

maybe I should have gone with o2 only 50 bucks more..
