Is there a program available for Pocket PC that uses an onscreen touch keypad for SMSing similar to that on a mobile phone? And if so it it available with predictive text?

I just find it frustrating when trying to SMS with one hand and was wondering if anyone had found this sor of thing?

Have you tried PhonePad on your imate JAM. It's an option under input methods (Bottom right screen) while in text entry.
