I'm not sure if I understand the option so ill ask it here...
My carrier counts every new minute as a whole minute so a call of 61seconds counts as 2 minutes and a call of 310 seconds counts as 6 minutes.. you get my drift.
So how do I go about setting the option like this?

I see that it's been almost 5 months since you posted your question above; however, I'll provide an answer anyway.

If you go into Options, and then click on the Plan tag, then Advanced..., and select 60s/60s in the Round call lengths options. That should round every call up to the nearest minute.
