My SMS count is stuck at 4 even though i've sent many more than 4 and continue to send more. The same thing happened the last billing cycle but it stopped at 42 even though i'd actually sent 95 sms messages. What might the problem be?

Same here with the HTC Touch Diamond.
Maybe it has something to do with the language settings (month and day digit are switched). BTW: My device is on The Netherlands setting (D-M-Y).

How to fix?

I just purchased Phone Dashboard, and now their support is dead.
They don't even reply to my email.

Why make a program payware if there is no support?
Better keep it freeware then.
