Found via XDA-Developers, the HTC Album that comes on the Touch Dual has been liberated.
It will always look to your default Camera's Save location for imags to dislay..whether it's set to phone or storage card. Cannot change directories from the app.
-It works great on my TyTN II, swiper finger goodness all around. Gesture driven to rotate image, zoom in/out, and advance to nextimage.
-Tap on screen once for a menu, click on the "i" for info for a gesture description screen.
*note: Install to MAIN MEMORY. It works on most other HTC phones, on a few models however, the camera drivers are different and will not work. Works great on TyTn though.

I installed this yesterday and it's a fantastic app. I love how finger-friendly it really is...
Yeah, it's pretty kick ass. HTC is releasing lots of finger friendly apps as they release new phones. Luckily the dev community is able to share them with the rest of us.
Here's a tip: when zooming in, make a small tight circle over the area to zoom into, and it will zoom in all the way to fit the size of the circle you draw.
So a small tight circle zooms ALL the way in, in one gesture, and a larger one just a little: enough to fit it in the screen.
Thanks for this. One question -- is there any way to have it show pictures from other directories on the device besides the camera? I couldn't see a way to change it.
tried it on ppc6700 wm6 and it comes up with an error. Anyone else?
Many of the new HTC apps are from WM6 devices - maybe the ported version of WM6 you have has some incompatible drivers? Maybe you can check xda-devs under their Apache section for a compatible version?

Must say Ia m in love with these HTC apps. A little bit longer and I will have a compete HTC phone running on my i760, and I am nto sure that is so bad.
Anyone know how to change the default picture viewer at HTC Touch phone? I hv recently installed Camera Album and it works much more better than its windows picture viewer.
