I installed the rom upgrade from htc, when i re-install tcpmp, it installs ok, but when you run it you get a "unexpected program failure, please send crash.txt to developer". I tried a few different download sites, tried installing thru activsync, and as a cab file nothing helps.

found a tcpmp on xda that works, with built in flv addon, but still no youtube, i get real player, and something like unsupported media.
