Adding new contact issues with Good Messaging

It's brutal how Good takes over my contacts. But I can live with that. The biggest issue is I can't figure out a way to add a contact from my call history! It warns me that it will only add it to the outlook contacts. Of course GOOD has no customer support (and they call their product good to try to fool us!).

Anyone else have issues with this?? Any workarounds? Many times I'll get a call and want to add it to my directory. Right now I have to write down the number and enter it manually. INSANE!

Brian.

One of the other reasons I didn't like Good's products.

Does your company run Exchange? If they do, will then enable Outlook Mobile Access? Then the contacts/mail/tasks/etc. all integrate with what's already on the phone.

Man, I wish we had exchange

Nope.. Good or Blackberry... neither work too well with my phone I'm afraid. I'll just suffer for another 6 months.. then i'll go back to Verizon I guess and get a blackberry. kills me to buy a canadian product.

Point your IT department towards some of the documentation on WM 6/6.1 and the policy controls they can exert with Exchange natively. Good/BB are usually selected because IT doesn't think that they can secure things properly. Not the case with WM 6 or above and Exchange 2007.
