Firewall? AV?
What OS are you running?
This can happen if you have the XP firewall turned on, or possibly an Antivirus product running.
Same thing happened to me. Easy enough to test. Temporarily turn off your Firewall, wait a minute and then plug in the TytnII.
You might want to disconnect from the Internet before you turn off the firewall or AV software ... just for security's sake.
