using hotmail with the kaiser

can anyone please help me, i am trying to use hotmail on my kaiser, and was told by a t-mobile tech that it can't be done.
there has to be a way can someone please help me.

I believe it's just a matter of installing Windows Live Search and configuring it. I don't use it myself, but I'm pretty sure that includes hotmail retrieval.
