i was messing around with my device - selecting much of the Kaiser tweak advised tweaks. now my device vibrates about every 30 -60 seconds. quite annoying. any suggestions as to fix this?

What notifications do you have set? Sounds like you're getting an e-mail/sms message and you've got a repeat notification set. If the vibrate option is on or you're in silent mode, that's how the notification can be delivered.
