Mute button woes
Ive been battling the Mute button on the Call Screen for as long as Ive owned this phone. It is, in fact, my only gripe.
Heres the problem: 99% of the time my cheekbone hits the mute button in the middle of the call. People I speak to on a regular basis are so used to it that if there is a pause in the conversation, I will invariably hear, "I think you muted me again."
Im fully aware that I can turn the screen off, but this is a hassle. Sometimes, even when I swear that I've turned the screen off, the phone magically mutes itself. I'll have to turn the screen ON, unmute, then turn it off.
To get to the point, is there a program out there that will disable or move the mute function? I know that when the phone was initially released, there was a huge problem with the Xs not actually ending the running program, and someone released a program to reslove that. I have high hopes that someone came up with a similar fix for the Mute button.
I have a similar problem with the PTT button. Ive tried to find a way to disable it, but no dice. Im tired of having to exit out of that stupid "charges will apply" window.
