I have a 8525 phone. I'm under contract with t-mobile so i got it unlocked. It is by far the best Pocket PC phone out their on the market in the us. I'm trying to figure out how to us it as a modem with my laptop thou. I have heard of pdanet be for but would rather not install it on just 1 computer. So im trying to fig it out thanks.

Use "Internet Sharing" on the PDA with the USB cable. Or if you have Bluetooth you can use that too for some wireless action. Wait you have to upgrade to WM6 for that. The version I use is from here:

You can also upgrade the 1.54 radio upgrade that you should be able to search for in the Hermes Upgrading forum.

Pdanet on one computer? I use it with my Samsung Q1 and my desktop at home via my 8525.
