Greetiings,

I have a simple question. Should I be able to charge my TyTn and use it at the same time? At present, I have to put it in sleep mode to charge it.

I ordered mine off the internet so it came with a European AC adapter. I had another USB charger from another phone that works fine, but only if the TyTn is in sleep mode.

Hope that helps. Buy a charger specifically made for the TyTN and you'll be able to charge and use it at the same time.

Not all chargers are equal...some only push enough power to charge when the unit is off.
