SOS: Phone goes into lockdown mode - always need to soft reboot
At least once a day my 8525 goes into lock down mode where the only way to get it back is to soft reboot. Only problem is when I do, it reverts to some prior state, including text message in the delete folder I long since deleted and all my txt message received and sent since this "prior state" disappear. Any thoughts or do I need to return the phone? Thanks.
