Question Question about headset

I'm looking at switching from verizon (i730) to cingular (8525) for a couple of reasons. 1 is that verizon has no data connectivity in Oklahoma where I travel quite a bit.

Anyway, if any of you could answer this... When using the wired headset and a phone call comes in, does the phone ring through the headset or through the speaker? What about with a bluetooth connection?

Also, is there an adapter so to use a standard 2.5 plug headset?

And while I'm at it, anything that I'll absolutley hate that is different between the i730 and the 8525?

Thanks,

Cingular 8525 vs i830

I purchased the Samsung i830 from Verizon to have a phone that worked overseas. Although it worked fairly well in Europe, the receiption on the CDMA network in the US was HORRIBLE !! This is despite 4 replacement units !

I am in London using a new Cingular 8525 and it is wonderful. Smaller, great battery life, good sofware integration (but not as good a network in the US as Verizon, but at least good reception on the Cingular network.

To answer part of your question.
When using my Motorola H700 bluetooth headset, with the phone on vibrate, or on ring, the headset sounds. Unfortuately, I cannot get the headset to have system sound in the bluetooth headset (I like to listed to news radio when walking). It does work well with the the fantastic Sony Bluetooth earbug headset however.

I am have a 3.5 mm headset adapter, which works well, but I've not yet found a 2.5 mm adapter...
