Audio/Video Lag

I just purchased a 4g mico SD and put a bunch of videos of my son on it. I'm noticing that all my videos have lag between audio + video. It actually seems as if the audio is playing back normal, but the video is slowed down. I have TCPMP and noticed that video plays back normal when I use TCPMP. Is there a way to fix WMP so that this doesn't happen or do I have to use TCPMP?

If I have to use TCPMP, is there a way that I can get it to open up videos when I click on them from the camera album?

And one more question, What the settings you're using for TCPMP (buffer ect..)

I seem to remember this being a problem on the 6800, but I never had a 6800 so I didn't investigate the problem that deeply.
