hi friends ,i am a new HTC Touch 3 g user i have big problem ,i want to connect my pda with usb cable and when i am connect pda windows is doesnt know devices,
its only write "generic serial " device , please help what can i do this situation.
iam tried different pc and os like vista,WİN7 and a Win xp but never do it, i am sory my english not very good

i choosed the on pda "Active SYNC" and change some of settings but it isnt

Download ActiveSync to your PC.

On Vista and Windows 7, you'll need the Windows Mobile Device Center installed. On XP, you need ActiveSync. Are these installed? If not, they can be downloaded from Microsoft for free.
