Just switched to Verizon, was with Sprint and using the 6800... I now have the PPC6900, but it has no wifi. I always shut off the data plan, and just use wifi. But, since I have no wifi I have to get a data plan; or...

I did a google search on free internet and you can access the internet from Verizon and only use your minutes. But I don't understand how to do it.

Can anyone pass on a link or post instructions? I would really appreciate it.

I recall ways to do it back from my i730, but I couldn't recall how. Those methods also provided you a modem connection, so the bandwidth you'd get would run in the 9.6-56K range, typically the lower end (due to compression within the voice network).
