i unlcoked my HTC Touch dual on orange but it did not go right and now i am having problems with my phone as it dosnt make or receive calls or sounds and also there is a problem with the camera and now i am wondering if there is a software to reinstall the software thanks

From the sound of things, I'd do a hard reset and see what happened. Sounds like something's become corrupted. Your phone should still be unlocked after the reset, though.
