Hello I have a Alltel HTC Touch and want to put some good apps on it, Do anybody know where i can get the threaded SMS from. And how about the new 6.1 Rom where can i get that from.

I believe you can get the rom from HTC's website.

The new ROM already includes threaded SMS out of the box. Other choices are SMS Chat by Vito Technologies (costs like 20 bucks), or PocketCM which is free. Just do a google search for the two.
