I just noticed today that the voicemail counter is now working on my Touch. In other words, when I have 2 voicemails, the notification pop up says "You have 2 new voicemails". If you've been a Sprint subscriber for any length of time, you probably know that the ability to display the # of new voicemails has always been a limitation. The popup usually says "You have a 1 new voicemail" or something to that affect, regardless of the number of new messages that actually exist. So is anyone else seeing this? Is it a feature of the new ROM (I'm running the leaked ROM)? or did Sprint change something on their end to fix this?

I've had this for at least a few weeks now (just using the stock ROM). Guess Sprint must have rolled out this feature recently, though I'm not sure if it's available in all markets yet.

Nice! Maybe in 2012 we'll have visual voicemail like they do over at AT&T

Not all AT&T phones have visual voicemail, FYI.

Hey...Im in Denver and it just started this afternoon. I noticed i had 2 voicemails. I called from home and added a 3rd voicemail. AWESOME....Now when is the freaking upgrade to 6.1, GPS and Rev A going to happen?

I have the touch pro now & I don't receive an icon letting me know when someone has left a msg. I had the Mogul & it did the same thing. Even after I got the 6.1 update, it still didn't show an icon. Can anyone give me some advice on that or do i just need to get to a sprint store? Thanks in advance!

It has happened... GPS does not work extremely well though...
