Hi I was wondering if anybody can help me unlock HTC pro from Sprint to use with the mexican cell-line company Usacell, I know its possible and hopefully someone can help me, thanks in advance!!

Don't think you can do it. CDMA phones can't be changed around from carrier to carrier like their GMS counterparts via Sim cards. If it is possible, you're going to have to try and convince Sprint that they want you to leave them, and then try to convince the other company that they will let you on their system (without buying one fo their products). Good luck, but I don't think it's going to work...

I didn't think it needed to be unlocked. I have gotten Mexico carriers to activate CDMA phones from the US before. One time, they insisted on removing the entire Sprint profile (as opposed to just being a secondary NAM). This was easy to undo after returning to the US.

Just email IUSACELL and ask them. They'll tell you what they will and won't do.
