I just got the Verizon touch pro and I noticed, right above the direction pad, where it says "Verizon", the plastic looks rippled. Like it was dented or something. If you look at the "Verizon" at an angle, you can see the defect. I took mine back to exhange and the one they pulled out was exactly the same.

Are all Verizon touch pro's showing this?

All touch pro's are like this, not just the verizon ones. It's not a defect, but just how they are built.

Interesting design decision.

Actually, I saw a sprint touch pro that didn't have the wrinkle. Could it be the one in a million?

That's amazing...Mine is like that too. I called Verizon and they are sending me a new one....Hope it isn't like this too or I will be calling and complaining even more than I did when I sent back my 6800. I fear that wasn't a smart move.

Well my new one arrived and it too has the bubble on the word Verizon....I called Tech Support and they checked three Touch Pros they had there. One had the bubble and two did not. He offered to send me another device to replace this one....However, I really want the slide out keyboard. Guess I will just hang onto this one and if it starts to get worse, I will call again. Any info if the Touch Pro 2's are coming to Verizon soon?
