Unable to access website due to cookies

Hi guys, I am very dissapointed that I cannot access my school's portal page to view discussions for class. I get the error message that cookies are turned off and must be on for me to continue but I have cookies enabled on the phone. The website is DeVry University | WELCOME, I can get to the main page but when I log in, it will give me the error message. Is there anything I can do such as using another browser if its possible? I know that Safarri browser works because I have tried it on an iPhone. Thanks guys!

Yes I am using the browser that came with the phone which is IE. I tried Skyfire and it gets further than Opera but still does not display the full webpage. Is Safari available for Windows Mobile because I can access the page on an iPhone =/
