Do you always do things the hard way? Couldn't you have just used File Manager to get the file directly, w/o having to email it?

I tried unsuccessfully to print. Our printer is a Canon PIXMA 850, which does not appear on the pull down list of Canon printers; and it is attached to my wife's PC and is networked. I was able to enter a network address ( in the form \\workgroup\computername\printername), but couldn't get a test page to print. If we're on a Win XP Pro set up at home, should I use the networking capacity of the printer and just set it up with its own IP address? Or is my problem due to JetCet not having a printer definition?

Anybody have any idea of Konika-Minolta MagiColor 2300DL will emulate one of the options in the phone? I tried the HP Color LaserJet 2800, but that didn't work.

it may already have an ip address is it is a shared printer. print a test page trough windows (not the phone) and see if the IP shows on that page. That is how I have been setting up printers.

I got this to work via my Linksys Print Server to my HP Deskjet 460. Used the Linksys PS's (static) IP address assigned on my home network.

Also I (just now) emailed Westtek per below:
re: Upgrades are complimentary to ROM or Registered Users of ClearVue v5.x and JETCET PRINT v4.2, v5.x

and Please contact support@westtek.com for assistance in gaining your complimentary upgrade.

I have the OEM v5.0.904.13 on my Touch Pro Pocket PC. How do I go about upgrading to v5.2.1021?

Edit, Reply from Westtek:
Click on the appropriate 'Free 15-Day Trial' link and select 'Run' to download version 5.2. NOTE: JETCET PRINT v5.2.1021 will install over JETCET PRINT v5.x deactivating the trial automatically after installation process is complete.
