I can't tell you what to do and don't want to because my experience may not be yours. I am paying $15 for data and they did not change my plan. I also pay $30 for 300 minutes. When you call customer service they will see your plan. If it is suppose to change then all you are doing is putting the action on customer service rather than EVP. At least that is what one might expect to happen. The word from Diamond owners is Sprint will not be changing the data plans like they did with Instinct buyers. Again I am not giving you advice or telling you what to do. I know plans can fall through the cracks but Sprint probably does audits to see what plans are grandfathered. I would be surprised to find out that Sprint is not aware of the package on your account.

Yes, my plan is ULTRA GRANDFATHER, I MEAN ULTRA ULTRA. lol so yeah, back to our TOUCH PRO topic. I'm gonna stay awake on the 19th midnight to see if it really pops on the sprint website to order. I already have a plan for my Touch PRO. Anyone care to know?

I'm gonna try and rig a 32GB for it

I remember when AT&T 'fired' 1,000 customers because they where unprofitable. These customers had huge call in rates to the service department.

I don't think Sprint is going to fire anyone, but I do imagine they track which contracts have the highest and lowest margin. We will see if they force any 'upgrades' soon.

Truly one of the best shared information this year since this phone stands
to be the top item of the year.

I believe we all will get our phones around about the same time depending on shipping. Did confirm - we will be the first... So again, hats off to TimeZone
for sharing this.

I second that! Thanks very much, TimeZone! I was able to get the 23% discount and I pre-ordered the Touch Pro. It was a very simple process and it seems our pre-orders will be the first to be processed. I hope that is the case!

Thanks and there is a rumor that BestBuy will get the phone on the 19th. I emailed EVP and they said it is possible other retail stores may get phones at the same time but contractually EVP phones are drop shipped giving us a slight advantage. Time will tell and if the 19th turns out to be true then we should see the phones before Nov 2nd.

Actually, the EVP plan is 23 percent off my monthly bill.

The phone was $299 after rebates. Nothing special here, but I was able to pre-order the device.

ya know what , i MEANT to say off the bill --honest engine! yeah i get the same percentage off already + 5% loyalty discount = 28% off the bill!

the only reason i went to evp is to possibly get the phone sooner and to get the couple bux off the price of it.

yes the discount is off the monthly bill- i apologize for the confusion!!
