Phone Protection - Screen Protectors and Cases

Hi all,

I noticed there was some information in other posts but non dedicated to the protection of our wonderful device. It seems as if most of the companies now make a Verizon version of the protectors and cases so a lot of the info in the other posts about getting generics and cutting them (fitting the phone in them for cases) is no longer applicable.

Would everyone mind sharing what screen protector and/or case their using, if any? Mine's blank right now but, I'm wondering if it would be a good idea to get something. The Invisible shield looks interesting but, I'm not sure if I need all of that. Maybe just a screen protector would do.

Anyway, your thoughts on this would be appreciated.

Thanks,

John

I've got the innocase surface and holster. It works great to keep the phone from getting beat up. I've also got a screen guard from phantom skins i think. I had a holster for my i760 from seidio and it outlasted the phone. They make solid products.

Here goes the product pitch...

I don't wanna sound like I am pitching my own merchandise here on the site but the best protection I have found for my TP2 is the stuff I sell. I am a retailer for Cellet products and they make a great scratch-proof screen protector that covers the entire face of he phone minus the buttons and earpiece. I usually sell that for about $6.00. And for my case I use the Cellet Fusion Leather Case that fits the unit like a glove with easy in-out. That case retails for $10. If anybody is interested I can send pictures.

Phantom Skinz works great - took a few days for the cloudy stuff to disappear.
The box wave did not last at all - kept coming off - and bending - also couldn't get rid of the air bubbles - way too expensive also

I agree on the Phantom Skinz. Best screen protector I've had on any pda in 8 years.
