Tellme is supposedly the next generation for windows phone voice command. It allows for the same type of commands as VC but add more functionality.
It was originally released just on the X1, but some guy went into the store and did a little OBEX of the program to his phone, got it working, and now its on PPCgeeks.
I threw it on my TP2 this morning after seeing it in an RSS feed and it works brilliantly with only one issue (altho big) - the touch screen will not interact with it. Soft keys work fine and since the program is mostly voice driven anyway, I see no big loss here. Also, you needs .net CF 3.5 to make this work, but I think we all have that by now for the most part.
TellMe has all the expected "call john smith" functions, but it does a lot more. In my mind the biggest functionality improvements here are
voice-powered search (say weather in dallas, or scottevest evolution jacket and you jump to a Bing search on it - extremely useful), but even better is
voice-powered texting - you say it, it transcribes it, then sends it. Still needs some refining as far as replying goes - right now you have to treat each message as a new one, but it still works and that is nice. Here is the link:

Lets mess with this thing and find its functional limits. It has some serious potential.
