Sync Error: "There has been change made on your server that requires re-syncronize.."

I know this has been addressed in other phone threads but I cannot find a resolution to this. Is anyone else getting this error with their tp2? I get it about every 2 or 3 days. Used to get it on my xv6800 also. I know it is related to email syncing and I've tried the remedy here: HTC Touch - Constant Error - There has been change made on your server that requires re-syncronize..., but it has not worked.
I'm currently in contact with HTC support. If I get an answer from them, I'll post it here.

Obviously not much interest in this issue, but I'll post here the outcome of my messaging with HTC. Here is their last message to me:
Hello Brent, We understand how frustrating this issue is with that specific error. Unfortunately the only way to resolve the issue is to delete the offending email account from either the phone or from Outlook. One other solution you can try is to update Outlook to the latest version (Outlook 2007) as we rarely see this issue with the newest software.

Just to show somebody occasionally reads these, you can get that error if you interrupt the sync somehow. If you have a ton of contacts and mail, syncs can take a lot longer than you think, so watch the AS window and make sure you do not remove the phone until all is quiet. This has saved me trouble on my 6800, which we soon be replaced by one of these from Sprint....

Not been rushing out to get the Pro2 since my Mogul works just fine. I would have to get a new new car set up etc. Proclip now has the holders at least. they took a year to get a holder for the Mogul.

On AS I have had a long story of working out the details. I guess later this week I probably will mover over to Windows 7 and we'll see what happens there. As I recall I did not like the evolution in Vista before I upgraded back to XP.

Cheers
